Integration test #310

Migrate Integration test from internal pipeline to GitHub CI.

The integration test will run with MutualAuth/Websocket/ALPN settings under python2.x and python3.x.

Maybe delete the empty [test-integration/IntegrationTests/TestToolLibrary/init.py] before merging =D
