Add Node20 preview support #83

Description of changes:

Add Node20 preview support
Add Alpine3.17 and Alpine3.18 and remove Alpine3.15 to integration tests
Do not test the full integ test suites for Alpine.programmatic integ tests

Target (OCI, Managed Runtime, both): OCI
