"Unable to import module 'app': libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory", "errorType": "Runtime.ImportModuleError" #31

Below is my dockerfile, trying to build an image with OpenCV as a dependency. Able to build the image but facing an error when importing cv2 in the app.py file
