Docker Setup Platform and Versions Issues #267

This is not working on my Windows and I have WSL 2 distros integration enabled.
I switched to mac and then noticed the docker-compose command has syntax issues in mwaa-local-env file
- After changing docker-compose to docker compose it worked on mac
- Please update the file to handle platform and version issues

Unable to setup any Version in Windows
In MAC as I mentioned the scripts need to be updated and even after updating the scripts the 2.4.3 version won't work (unable to start the server)
