Fix shadowing member variables causing null pointer exception

Description

Remove shadowing member variables in MYSQL_PROXY
Fix displaying logs in perf tests
Fix uploading test reports in integration tests
Bump macos runner version from 11 to 13
Instead of brew install, download mysql client library from website. See https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/issues/130258
