This change adds Windows support for kmstool_instance. #52

The changes include:

Windows VirtioVsock.h header as part of the SDK
Changes to kmstool_instance to allow compilation on Windows
Updated documents to include Windows specific steps
Provided a powershell build script to facilitate building the dependencies and the sample easily.
CMakeLists.txt changes to support Windows compilation. (Currently only kmstool_instance will be compiled on Windows)
Updated FindLibJsonC.cmake to let it find the right libraries for Windows.
