Clicking the cluster-name breadcrumb does not preserve region #181

Description

Clicking the cluster-name breadcrumb does not preserve region.

Steps to reproduce the issue

select a cluster in a region different than the default region
go to view logs
click on the cluster name in the breadcrumbs
user is redirected to cluster list with default region

Expected behaviour

The region should be preserved.

Actual behaviour

Region is not preserved after clicking on the cluster name breadcrumb.
