Template version rollbacks #17

Allow administrators to rollback a published or recommended version of a template, so that they can go back to a previous one in case of an unwilling update or unexpected impact

We're thinking more about this! drop a note if you can share more detail about how you would want to use versions for rollbacks, or other resource updates.
