Integrate with GitLab #23

Support using a GitLab repository as the source code repository for a Proton Service. Allow Proton to create, manage and monitor pipelines in GitLab CI/CD, including parametrizing the gitlab-ci.yml file and committing it to the service repository.

This would be extremely useful, as our company runs fully in GitLab, and we would love to be able to integrate proton in our lifecycle. I am pretty sure there are a lot of people out there who rely on GitLab that can be potential Proton users.

Since Proton simply inherits the Developer Tools capabilities - this is now possible for GitLab.com SaaS hosted projects.
