Support using Spinnaker as CD Pipeline orchestrator. We would like to expose Proton Templates to developers while also still leverage our existing spinnaker CD Pipeline integration for EKS microservice deployments. This way we don't have 2 differing CD Pipeline Ecosystems for developers to be acquainted with; one for those devs wishing to build solutions on top of EKS (and take advantage of things like automated Canary Analysis for safe deployments) and one for those devs wishing to build pure service-based AWS stacks.
