Display recent pipeline runs #5

In the AWS Proton console, display a high-level overview of recent pipeline runs, including number of runs in the last 7 days and number of them that complete successfully vs. unsuccessfully

As a first step for this feature, the Proton console now displays the status of the last run in CodePipeline, when a service includes a pipeline:

Pipeline_Run_Status
