The Boto3 documentation for Identity Center now looks fine: https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/identitystore.html.

I'll resolve this as the original issue was addressed. The other issues I referenced may get fixed in routine documentation maintenance but separate issues could also be opened for those.
