SendMessageBatch API models both Failed and Successful results as required #536

The botocore stubber is failing because the model defined here lists both Failed and Successful as required results.

We heard back from the SQS team regarding this issue. They acknowledge the problem and created a backlog item for further review, but this isn't a high priority for the team given the scope of impact. They also have concerns about updating the model after such a long period of time. Please feel free to check back for updates in the future, we recommend reaching out through AWS Support if you have a support plan.
