Passing empty array to OrPromise should immediately set it to ready #11

This issue has been fixed through the latest commit: https://github.com/aws/aws-swf-flow-library/blob/master/src/main/java/com/amazonaws/services/simpleworkflow/flow/core/OrPromise.java#L43
