Support CodeDeploy blue/green deployment #44

Hi, great work so far! The 'manually provision instances' option with blue/green deployment isn't supported in the CodeDeploy task. I think I need that in the near future. Are there any plans to support this in a future release?

Now that you've asked for it, yes there are plans :-)

No ETA I can share at this time, but hopefully not too long.

Any further updates on this feature? It would be very handy for the current setup we are working on. We can use the copy existing ASG method however it requires custom scripts to cope with AMI swaps as part of a deployment.
