Support for local run/debug of Step Functions #3653

Hi, Please can you provide the possibility to connect aws-toolkit to docker containers of AWS to take advantage of visual integrations as step functions?

I think it should be provide an adapter to connect to localhost:8083

My setup is Toolkit: AWS Toolkit For JetBrains 1.67-231 OS: Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 IDE: IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition 23.1

Hi @rli, yes im referring to aws-stepfunctions-local, i think it could be helpful.
