Describe the bug
I am using the Amazon Q plugin (v3.14) for JetBrains (Pycharm). I am logged in to my AWS Builder account. The Amazon Q chat window is blank (no way to enter a prompt).
To reproduce
Log into AWS Builder account
Click on the Chat icon
Expected behavior
A prompt to allow interaction with Amazon Q

It sometimes comes back after I repair the IDE and exit. But not anymore. I upgraded today to the latest versions of AWS plugins
