Lightsail in Visual Studio #12

Add ability to view and manage Lightsail instances in Visual Studio, similar to EC2 instances.

Context

Lightsail provides an API which is already available in this SDK. While it is a subset of what's offered by EC2, it would be nice if these actions were available in the Visual Studio Toolkit.

Hi @vslee, thanks for the feedback. We'll take it into consideration of which improvements to spend time on.

It would be nice to have use of the AWS Explorer inside Visual Stuidio and the connection to a Lightsail hosted website. Because all the connections are there, including DynamoDB and S3, it would make things easier.

Is there any update on this feature-request? Was it accepted? I was just trying to set up toolkit to connect to my lightsail instance and I can't find much.

bump on this one. now that lightsail is supporting containers, definitely would like to see it on the aws explorer!
