Toolkit is flagged as malicious by virus scanning site #195

On the virus scanning aggregation site virustotal, the Toolkit (v1.23.1.0) is being reported by some of the detection engines:

Jiangmin: Trojan.Generic.cbpgf MaxSecure: Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen

Many of the detection engines are not reporting an issue. This appears to be a false positive, however we are investigating this further.

We have investigated and confirmed that it is a false positive. We are engaging with the scanners that are aggregated on VirusTotal to request them to remediate the problem. The progress will be posted in this issue. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact AWS Support.
