Thanks for the attention to this topic. It's on our roadmap. Currently it needs some more data to train before we officially release the .vue support.

If you use single-file components (SFC), which are the default in Nuxt 3, then no. I mean, you can use it, but it will not work for those components, which end in .vue.

At least add a config in the VScode plugin for specific file extensions e.g. *.vue ... though not sure if that is enough 🤔
