These features are not currently supported by AWS Toolkit.

If samconfig.toml supports any of these features, that could be the most feasible approach: https://github.com/aws/aws-toolkit-vscode/issues/2011

Is it doable to have not created the New Versioning when Uploading Lambda?

Can you expand on why you want to do this?
