fix: Prompt input and button styles and bugs #5246

Problem

Button texts are getting cropped too short
Button texts are too big
Buttons don't show borders inside chat messages
Prompt input becomes invisible if user types html special characters
Prompt input and selected command are not horizontally aligned
Prompt input doesn't show some lines if user pastes multiline content

Solution
