amazonq: "Explain selected code" doesn’t show what file/selected code we’re talking about #5536

Problem

I can select explain without any code selection. It explains, but don't say what is explaining (it assumes the active file).

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open file
  2. Right click and select explain code
  3. It add an empty explain message to the prompt

Expected behavior

System details (run AWS: About and/or Amazon Q: About)
