Updating AWS.Tools.Installer module to 1.0.2.5 causing Signature Mismatch Error #335

Describe the bug

Updating AWS.Tools.Installer module from a previous version to 1.0.2.5 is resulting in the following error: Note that all other AWS.Tools module installs are unaffected. This issue is similar to https://github.com/aws/aws-tools-for-powershell/issues/297

to install or update, use -SkipPublisherCheck parameter.

To fix this, uninstall previous versions of the AWS.Tools.Installer module and run the Install-Module command

Uninstall-Module AWS.Tools.Installer -AllVersions
Install-Module -Name AWS.Tools.Installer

Expected Behavior

Update-Module AWS.Tools.Installer updates the module successfully.

Current Behavior

Update-Module AWS.Tools.Installer results in the following error

Possible Solution

Uninstall all existing versions of AWS.Tools.Installer module and then install the latest version.

Uninstall-Module AWS.Tools.Installer -AllVersions
Install-Module -Name AWS.Tools.Installer
