Description

only CloudFront does not support access logging delivery in all regions - other usages are okay to specifcy an access logging bucket. Refer to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/AccessLogs.html#access-logs-choosing-s3-bucket
