Description of changes:

Greatly simplified the converter functions using the paste! macro
Simplified bgra to rgb conversion
Added new conversion: argb to rgb (no byte swap, just alpha removal)
Added enhanced bgra to rgb conversion using the rust brand new asm! macro
Improved benchmarks and migrate from cargo bench to cargo criterion
