Description
Update to latest stable TypeScript version: v5.4.5
Move TypeScript dependency to root workspace
Fix
tsconfig.json
warning
Remove unnecessary second TypeScript config file
Ensure VSCode uses workspace version of TypeScript instead of the one included with VSCode
Update all packages to their latest minor versions using
pnpm up
across all workspaces
Validation
Ensure
pnpm checks
still works
Ensure tests pass
Ensure running the app doesn't show console errors
