Description

Updated keyword search query to new style
Use consistent query for both search and Data Explorer
Reduce searches by ignoring changes to search attributes and exact match when no search term is provided
Made limit explicit in search request
Refactor Data Explorer component, breaking it down in to smaller pieces composed together

Validation

Smoke test to make sure nothing breaks

I forgot to make a couple of changes. I'll add these tomorrow.

On second thought, I'll implement those as a separate PR. So this is ready for review.
