Description

• Update PanelEmptyState styles around action
• Use default PanelEmptyState style for search loading
• Add PanelError for error case in search
• Split out search cancel action to a separate hook
• Removed destructuring of React Query object

• Added empty state when no records
• Added error state with retry

PanelEmptyState Style Changes

Here are examples of the PanelEmptyState styles change.

• Slightly more space between title and subtitle
• Double the space between title/subtitle and button
• Default button style is default, so the old usages of action needed to pass actionVariant="text" to maintain their original style
