The Neptune DB version EOL schedule notes that v1.1.0.0 and v1.1.1.0 will be deprecated on 2024-10-31.

Creating this issue as a reminder to modify remove the status request from Bolt auth token generation after the deprecation occurs.

EOL date has been moved to 2026-03-06. Keeping as low priority for now.
