Support For Operating With Other Kubernetes Management Platforms (OKD, Rancher, etc.)

What karpenter features are relevant? N/A

How should the docs be improved? Is there support for Karpenter operating within other cluster management platforms? I know this is primarily made to work alongside EKS, but in the documentation it states that the tool is also meant to be cloud agnostic and the community extends the opportunity for further development. My question is, can Karpenter already operate within clusters that are managed by the likes of okd? If so, is there any reference documentation for how to set this up? (my apologies in advance if I missed something obvious :-/)

kOps managed to support Karpenter, so I suspect it should be possible to make Karpenter work with OKD as well. I suspect with OKD, the challenges will be similar–AMIs and user data.
