What problem are you trying to solve?

We should auto-upgrade EKSCTL version used for E2E testings. It can be seen in these locations:

Hi @engedaam , was the intention of this issue to have eksctl "auto-upgrade" via some sort of regular automation? or to just bump up the version like (I believe) PR #5982 did? I'm just asking to check if we could close this issue then. Cheers
