writing /dev and hitting escape and then typing a prompt doesn't send the message to featureDev

Problem:

If you click /dev and then hit escape and then write your prompt the message never gets directed to featureDev

Expected behaviour:

If you click /dev and then hit escape, remove /dev and then allow the user to just re-open the tab with a /

It should remove the inserted command text which start with the / if you hit escape while the panel is open. Will be fixed on next version
