Logging issue to RES Portal using SSO #21

The sync between AD and the identity centre works fine since the SSO login page is visible when we try to access the ALB DNS. Also, when we provide the credentials it will also show the application listed, but when we click on the application to open it, it says Bad Input.

I had the same issue with some users (not all). After a few tries, all my users were able to connect...

SSO troubleshooting steps can be found here https://github.com/aws/res/wiki/Troubleshooting#sso--login. Common SSO misconfigurations being a new section added recently. Please let us know if you're not able to come to a solution after going through these steps.
