Can I delete the Installer VPC? #35

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Can I delete the Installer VPC?

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to delete the installer VPC or specifically the 2 nat gateways that run there.

I do have an active support, so if I should open a case there instead I can.

I had assumed the installer and installer VPC would delete itself after running. The fargate tasks are gone, but the VPC and NAT instances still remain.
