Please include any other comments or questions My copy ISBN (978-1-119-75670-5) AWS CCP STUDY GUIDE does not have a Chapter 13. It goes from Ch 12 to Appendix A.

Hi, There never was (nor will be) a chapter 13. I should have mentioned that those references should really have pointed to Appendix B - Additional Services. I believe that everything you'll need should be there. Good luck.
