RE: Review Questions, Chapter 2, Question 5 "Which of the following is likely to be an accurate source of AWS pricing information?"

The book says that 'C' (AWS online documentation relating to a particular service) is most likely to be an accurate source of AWS pricing information. It probably is a good source, but should answer 'D' (The AWS pricing calculator) be the best and correct answer?

From the chapter text in the Working with the AWS Pricing Calculator section it says a benefit of it is: "1. The pricing reflects up-to-date, actual AWS service pricing in the region you select, so you can be confident you're getting an accuate picture of your real costs."

I almost think its a tie between C and D, or that D is the better, and thus, the correct answer.

I'd agree that the question could have been worded a bit better, but I still prefer going to AWS online documentation over the calculator just about every time. The history behind that is that the Pricing Calculator is a rather hard-to-use replacement for an older usage calculator that (for serious technical reasons) wasn't updated all that often. So I'm not sure I'd trust even this new version as much as the service documentation pages. I really don't think the actual exam would ever ask us to choose between the two, though.
