add new instance types supported by AuroraPG #23

Aurora Postgresql support for db.r5.8xlarge and 16xlarge instance types was added recently, but missing from this document

Hi Jorge,

Thanks for your feedback. I added the information to the doc source, along with the numbers for r6g instance classes.
