RDS proxy documentation creation steps update #54

"Include reader endpoint option Choose whether or not to include a reader endpoint upon creation of this proxy."

This option was introduced in March '21. It should be in the configuration steps outlined in the public docs: https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2021/03/amazon-rds-proxy-adds-read-only-endpoints-for-amazon-aurora-replicas/
