Fix Aurora cluster global-failover category name #69
Issue #, if available:
The category name for the Aurora cluster RDS event does not match the AWS required value.
This issue was discovered when IAC was applied with "global failover" as the category name.
Description of changes:
Update the documentation to provide the correct value.
