Include python minor version #21

The release docs say Python 3 is installed but which minor version? 3.6, 3.7, or 3.8?

@tekumara Thank you for opening this issue. We're working with the larger EMR team to provide more detailed version information for components such as Python. I'll add your request to the team's list of items for consideration and then close this issue.
