Update EMR Hudi considerations for Athena #24

Description of changes:

As mentioned in an issue posted in this repo, querying Hudi datasets using Athena has been supported since July 2020.

This pull requests adjusts the statement accordingly and adds more detail.

Oddly, while this repo does still need to be corrected in accordance with the issue and pull request, the live production page (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/emr/latest/ReleaseGuide/emr-hudi-considerations.html, which was similarly incorrect at time of issue open) has since been corrected. So the larger issue now is just that this repo is also out of sync with the live site while my assumption had been they were supposed to be tightly coupled.
