Remove inaccurate statement about burst relevance #165

This statement is at best misleading, at worst inaccurate, as the concept of burst I/O is very much still relevant for volumes larger than 1TiB.

The first sentence is still correct, but the concept is explained better under I/O credits and burst performance. Therefore I'm going to merge this pull request. Thank you.
