Remove a limit for federeted queries that is not there anymore. #53

*Description of changes: as per https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2020/06/amazon-redshift-materialized-views-support-external-tables the limit: "Federated queries currently don't support access through materialized views." is not valid anymore.

@ancamillo We recently updated our files in the repo with the latest version of the docs, which I believe addresses your change. Closing this PR now. Thanks for your help!
