Thank you for your pull request. I noticed that you created many pull requests which is great. However, you may want to check your commits, to ensure the links go to the correct place.

I noticed that three links including the help wanted link goes to a different repository than this one which is aws-organizations-docs not amazon-ecs-developer-guide.

Like mentioned on the PowerShell repository, there may already be an effort to create a consistent contributing guide, but if your change can be accepted, the links will need to be corrected.

Thanks for the notification about this. Our central team is working to provide correct CONTRIBUTING.md files to all of our repos, and we'll benefit from that common effort. So I'm closing this PR in favor of that central effort. Thanks again!
