Added eu-south-1 and af-south-1 to the available regions for tagging … #29

Issue #, if available: Raised issue with Abdulla, that Tagging Policies are not available in CPT and MXP, apparently they are. I have updated the document to reflect this.

Description of changes: Added af-south-1 and eu-south-1 to the supported region list for Organization Tagging Policies.
