Description of changes: This doc says that the account section of the ARN format allows the account alias as well. That seems to be incorrect based on the below link and my experience when I tried to reference the account alias instead of account id.

Thanks for the PR. I want to accept it, but there is a conflict in your branch. If you can edit it so that it only modifies the language for the "account" parameter, I'd be happy to accept it.

Thanks for catching this, we're going to update our documentation with this request. However, we're not going to approve the PR due to the branch conflict.
