fix s3 permissions example #245

fix iam policy snippet to allow object read/write access and not ACL access. Also specific additional note about using s3:*Object* which will allow acl permissions.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct about the Object action, however, the intention of the policy is to explain what happens if you use a wildcard before the action name. We have updated the policy to remove the trailing wildcard from the s3:*Object in the second statement of the policy.
