The first sentence of the paragraph already calls out how you can role chain: "Role chaining is when you use a role to assume a second role through the AWS CLI or API," so while we won't accept the PR, we really appreciate the time you took to submit it.
Thanks for the quick reply. While I understand your point, I certainly lost an hour before I figured this out, this is why an explicit mention seemed useful to me.
