Add correct pricing for dynamic run storage for `omics-run-analyzer`

Currently the omics-run-analyzer uses static run storage for all the analysis, irrespective of the actually used run storage type.

With the addition of the dynamic run storage, the tool should retrieve the information about the used run storage and calculate the pricing accordingly.
